I tried a search on Kflop, KmotionCNC on this "G95, Feed per Rev" subject but found none. Did find a reference to rigid tapping, so based on that info I thought maybe I could create a function to add to my for loop to have this ability. But before I do get too involved, is there something available or in the works and will be released soon?
Thanks I,m loving 433k Mac

Hi Mac,
KMotionCNC supports G32 to do Spindle synchronized coordinated motion. It doesn't require any C Programming. Does that work for you? See video:
My need is mostly for facing and consistent chip load.
I'm using G32 for threading now, (Using a macro program I wrote to cut any thread now) had not thought about it for facing routines, thou not sure my encoder signal can keep up at rpms over 500. The max I've threaded at is 400rpm's, guess I'll have to do some testing. If it does work, can I map a g95 call as a g32 when the gcode is read?
No plans for the standard G95 call then?
Thanks again Mac

Hi Mac,
I'm not sure I fully understand your requirements, but no we don't currently support G95. I would think G32 would work for this. In any case the spindle encoder would need to work for your operating RPM.
